WOD

Our WODs are designed to challenge you, increase your health and fitness levels, and help you live better! We work on increasing your range of motion, muscular strength and muscular endurance.

Open Gym Sundays

Open gym hours provide our members an additional opportunity to work on various skills, techniques, or to simply do their own workout. We always have a coach available during these hours to offer help and address any questions.

Krav Maga

We teach realistic Israeli Krav Maga Self-Defense in private and group lessons to adults and teens. We specialize in individuals with little to no experience due to its inherent instinctive responses that are both effective and easy to learn.
